keep it on the red light this morning. that's because we have tough road conditions if you're traveling all around town out of your neighborhoods, the back streets and even the main thoroughfares and the interstates. i just spoke to one of our producers. he said that he drove in early this morning on the beltway north of town before silver spring and 270 and the problem he found and i think this is actually going to be the biggest problem is all of those abandoned vehicles. some of them right in the middle of the roadway and with the lights out in some areas, even on the beltway right now, it is dark. so, that means you may come upon a situation very quickly if you're traveling even on the interstates with abandoned vehicles, trees down and in neighborhoods, it is the wires down as well. and the tree limbs. so, very, very tough. you can see there is already some volume here at the beltway and university boulevard. but if you can stay home, i really highly recommend that you do that. and let the crews do their work this morning. we're going to take you over to 66 at route 123.
